CHEERLEADERS

With their pom-poms, dance routines and bic smiles cheerleaders bring glamour to American footall matches. Go girls, go...!

Girls all over the USA dream of being a cheerleader. It is glamorous and fun, but it can also be dangerous. The world of cheerleading is very competitive, so girls have to be determined to succed. It's a good thing to have on your CV.
Another term for cheerleader is "pom-pom girl". Coloured pom-poms are part of the show! Pom-poms were invented in the 1930s and were made of paper. Today they are made of resistant vinyl.
Cheerleade3rs have to look "perfect" so they must not gain weight. The clubs monitor each ceerleader's shape and size.
Cheerleading is  a physical activity. Cheerleaders are strong and supple. Intense training routines ensure that their abdomen arms and legs are 100% muscle!
Glam boots Shocking white boots appeared in 1976. Before then, cheerleaders wore sports shoes.
A cheerleading routine lasts one to three minutes, but cheerleaders practise up to six hours, several nights per week.

PROFESSIONAL CHEERLEADERS
These girls are cheerleaders for the National Football League. Professional cheerleaders make 500 to 750 dollars per season... that's not a lot of money. And they have to buy their own uniform - that costs 650 dollars! So that's why most cheerleaders have a second, full-time job.

Whats happening? By adding sugar to the water, it dissolves and become invisible. Suddenly this changes the weight of the water. The more sugar is added to the water, the more the weight of the water increases. In other words, the water becomes denser (for the same amount of liquid it is heavier). In our experiment, the water with the greatest density is the red-coloured one, and the one wit he least density is the purple-coloured one. That's why it floats on the other liquids.

A SURVEY ABOUT THE FUTURE

The topic of the survey was "Opinions about economy in future". the question is: Will the economy be better next decade? A group of five people did the survey and in general the opinions about the future weren't good. these are the results:

Some people think that the economy will be worse than now because the prices will rise... but one boy think that the economy will be better because there will be much work for the young people and a lot of prosperity. I'm agree with him.

There are a lot of different opinions but everyone is important for the survey. Now the statistics are 64% No and 36% Yes. Will these results change next days?
